Philippe Lanery is a French construction and technical manager. For more than three decades he built and ran construction companies in Monaco and France, delivering luxury residences, palaces, casinos and hundreds of commercial sites for some of Europe's most demanding clients.
He knows from the inside how contractors price a job, plan a site and where they are tempted to cut corners or add “extras”. That is exactly why owners trust him to watch over their project.
Today he is based at Royal Phuket Marina, and works exclusively for owners: private investors building or renovating a luxury villa, and commercial investors opening hotels, restaurants and franchise brands.
