Privacy policy

This website is published by P&A Consulting (Phuket Advice Company), Regus, Royal Phuket Marina, Koh Kaew, Phuket, Thailand. For any question about your data, write to [email protected].

When you send a form, we receive the information you enter (name, email or phone, project details and message). It is stored in a private Google Sheet and sent to us by email, only to answer your enquiry. It is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing.

With the form, the site also sends information about how your visit started: the page you first arrived on, the website or search engine that referred you, campaign parameters in the link (for example utm_source), the number of pages viewed and your type of device (mobile, tablet or computer). If you have accepted analytics cookies, the anonymous Google Analytics identifier of your browser is added. These details stay in your browser until you send a form, and are used only to understand how visitors find the site.

To protect the forms against spam, they use Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc.), which checks that a person is sending the form without asking you to solve a puzzle. Our server also keeps a non-reversible (hashed) trace of your IP address for one hour, only to limit the number of messages sent from the same connection.

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to follow up on your project, and at most 3 years after our last exchange.

We use cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC) to measure how the site is used. Measurement events never contain your name, email or phone number, and non-essential cookies are only set with your consent.

WhatsApp buttons open a conversation in the WhatsApp app (Meta). What you write there is covered by WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to [email protected]. If you live in the EU, you can also contact your data protection authority (in France, the CNIL).
