Hospitality & gaming
Casino de Monte-Carlo & SBM hotels
Luxury renovation without closing the gaming rooms.
The challenge
Work inside some of the most prestigious venues in the world (the Casino de Monte-Carlo, the Hôtel de Paris, the Hermitage, the Monte-Carlo Bay) while they stay open, under the strictest security rules of the gaming industry.
What was delivered
- Finishing works at the Casino de Monte-Carlo, respecting historic woodwork and fine-art finishes
- New gaming areas at the Café de Paris, with illuminated signage and complex low-voltage networks
- Renovation of slot-machine and private VIP rooms at the Sporting and the Sun Casino
- High-availability monitoring and electrical networks, invisible to guests
- Currency exchange counters, custom gaming-table furniture and scenic lighting
Key results
- Interventions 24/7, without closing the gaming rooms
- Full compliance with gaming-establishment security protocols
- Technical systems integrated without touching the heritage decor
What this means for your Phuket project
A luxury villa or boutique hotel in Phuket has the same weak point: hidden technology behind noble finishes. Philippe knows how that work should be sequenced and followed, so nothing has to be torn out later.
