Build restaurants, shops and passenger areas in some of Europe's busiest stations and motorway service areas, without ever stopping the flow of travellers.
What was delivered
- Paris Gare de Lyon and Gare de l'Est: dining and retail areas in the heart of the terminals
- Lyon-Perrache and Montpellier Saint-Roch, with the SNCF architecture agency AREP
- Motorway areas: Assevillers (A1), Venoy (A6), Lançon-de-Provence (A7)
- Brand charters for Paul, Starbucks, McDonald's and others, run by Areas
Key results
- Works mostly at night, with no interruption to passengers or trade
- Sites secured before every morning reopening
- Two mirror sites delivered in parallel on the A6, without loss of quality
